Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]. These Terms govern your use of this platform (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY NAME], [legal form], registered in Lithuania, code [CODE], address [ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”).
1. The Service
The Service provides educational business-idea content, planning tools, progress tracking and community features. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, legal or tax advice. Outcomes depend on your own decisions and effort; we make no income guarantees.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (monthly, annual, lifetime) are billed via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime via Settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. See the Refund Policy for withdrawal and refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, copy or redistribute Service content at scale; share accounts; upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; attempt to circumvent access controls or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of notes, comments and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. Public contributions (comments, reviews) are visible to other users.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including idea content, roadmaps, scores, design and software, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using the Service at any time; account deletion is available on request via support@[domain].
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. EU consumers also benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before Lithuanian courts or, for consumers, the courts of your residence; the EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
