Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly and annual subscriptions

You can cancel anytime in Settings via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments for periods already started are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of billing error.

2. Lifetime plan

Lifetime purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee: contact help@drasahub.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

3. EU right of withdrawal

As the Service provides immediate access to digital content, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is thereby waived (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) — except for the Lifetime guarantee above, which we honour voluntarily, and any mandatory rights that cannot be waived.

4. Billing errors and duplicates

Duplicate charges and clear billing errors are refunded in full. Contact help@drasahub.com with the receipt and we will resolve it within 5 business days.
